Being Greek, I am very particular about my Baklava. I love it of course, but it is quite a bit of work. I like that you used walnuts, to me that's traditional-no pistachios. I think this looks amazing! Love the golden color and you can almost taste they crispy phyllo!
Ooh - I love baklava! I haven't had it for ages though. I will definitely be trying this one!
